No, you do not need to be available while we service your home. While we would like to get to know you face-to-face, we understand that people have very busy schedules. We want to make this as hassle-free as possible.

We highly recommend that pets be put inside during application. While many of the products and methods we use are not of concern to animals, the law requires that animals be removed from the site until the application has dried.

When used correctly our products are not harmful. In fact, some of our applications contain active ingredients similar to those of Dog Flea and Tick treatments.
